Officiant

Leading the service is influenced by the faith of the person who’s died and we will help find you the advice and support you require.

Leading the service is influenced by the faith of the person who’s died and we will liaise with local or retired clergy to find you the advice and support you require within a church or other place of worship.

Celebrants offer a service which can blend religion with your desired blend of content, or none at all, to provide a dignified funeral service. They can lead services in churches as well as crematoria, funeral homes or other locations.

Humanist led funerals are non-religious where no hymns or prayers will be offered, and the service is shaped by the person’s life.

Whoever is most suitable, there is likely to be a fee charged and we will organise and forward this on your behalf. If a donation to a place of worship is agreed, we would not normally leave this to you and the officiant to arrange directly. In all cases, the officiant will spend time with families and friends to get as much insight into the style of event and legacy to share about the person who’s passed.
